New Covid-19 Restrictions

Effective June 10th

We are now allowed to do indoor workouts (limited to a class size of 15) for all ages.

Classes are as follows:

  • Monday, 5pm and 7pm
  • Tuesday, 5pm and 7pm
  • Wednesday, 5pm and 7pm
  • Thursday, 5pm and 7pm

Thursday June 6th is no sign up and the first 15 members to show up get to train.  The following classes will be required to sign up on the website.
