This class is for beginners who want to learn boxing without sparring and stepping in the ring.
$15 drop in or Membership
🥊 Sessions are semi-coached and last around 60 - 120 minutes (depending on your goals and motivation level)
🥊 We typically have a group that comes in at 5pm or 6pm (or later if they are also attending the Group Fitness class)
🥊 Boxers will warm up with jump rope and then progress through shadow boxing, heavy bags, boxing dummies, and hand pads
