1-on-1 Training Sessions

Current Restrictions:

All training for those 19 and over must be done 1-on-1 with a Coach. To book your spot, please use the calendar.

To pay in person or if you have already have a personal training package: 

  • Please select “Member” on checkout

Sessions will be 60 minutes in duration and sign up is mandatory

For those 18 and under, you can do 1-on-1 training and/or group classes.

Group classes are as follows:

  • Monday, 7pm and 8pm (Competitive and Non Competitive combined)
  • Wednesday, 7pm and 8pm (Competitive and Non Competitive combined)
  • Thursday, 5pm (Little Sluggers)
  • Saturday, 1pm and 2pm (Competitive and Non Competitive combined)

All group classes are 60 minutes in duration and sign up is not necessary
